      This contains up to the minute rent statements allowing you to see exactly when tenants’ rent hits your account. This also contains landlord disbursement statements showing exactly how much money has been transferred to the landlord at the end of the month.


      Professional photographs for immediate re-letting if necessary, this is also an excellent place to store shots of work in progress of renovations or other relevant pictures.


      For immediate re-letting purposes – prospective tenants love to be able to see property layout and where they can fit all their possessions. Floor plans are also used as a tool to plan renovations, as well as to mark on them particular works to forward to tradespersons.

      Inspection Reports

      Records a scan of Ingoing Inspection reports – Normally 5 pages of detailed accurately written information on property condition, photographs of areas of interest on property, inventory list, and floor plan. Each page is signed and dated by the tenant and by ourselves as agents. This ensures your asset is safeguarded in a bullet proof fashion.


      Records all quotes and receipt of payment for work undertaken on the property. This allows the landlord to be fully informed of every aspect of the property’s repairs and maintenance. No smoke and mirrors. No mark-ups on work done. Full transparency.

      Leases and Documents

      This section contains the lease document, as well as any other relevant documents such as a rent increase.
